Irish Ale brewed....Bob's Yer Uncle

We had a good brew day yesterday. Everything went smooth and the brew is bubbling away nicely. We followed with 96 half pints of grape jelly from our backyard vines. We left oodles of grapes for the birds.

I'm only going to post the recipes after they're brewed from now on so I don't have to change them.

Nukey bottled, Double H and Rak's Racked

The High Humidity Brown Ale was racked to a keg and Rak's Ale was moved into the secondary tonight. We've been enjoying the Fat Tire clone and the Hail Storm Brown every chance we can. The Nukey Brown was bottled by Ann and Steve on Saturday. They capped and hauled off 2 cases of the brown goodness. If you're in Maple Grove and thirsty.....ring them up.
