Chips are in

I Added the Kraken infused oak chips to my Porter when I transfered to secondary a week ago. I just took a whiff of it and it smells wonderful.

A pale Ale for what ales ya

Did a little brewing Saturday and came up with a Robust Porter. I plan to add some oak chips soaked in Kraken rum in a week or so in the secondary. The picture above is of the Wet Hopped Pale Ale that I was enjoying during the brew. Nice brew! I better get another brew planned because this Pale Ale is going to shoot out of the kegs fast!

The Amber Ale keg emptied Saturday night, opening up a spot in the fridge for the Wet Hopped Pale Ale. Can't wait for it to carb up.
