No. 10 Brewed

The Nut Brown was brewed yesterday and everything went off with only one small hitch. The recipe call for Irish Moss added at 15 minutes remaining in the boil and aroma hops at 1 minute. For some reason I threw both in at the 15 minute mark, so we’ll see how this affects the beer. I’m sure it won’t be too bad because I haven’t had a brew that I couldn’t drink yet!

No. 10

I've ordered my tenth and last brew of 2006. After very little thought, and not much instinct, I've given a Nut Brown the honors of finishing out the year. UPS says my kit has arrived in Fargo so I should be brewing by the weekend.
The biggest challenge lately has been to save some homebrew for the holidays to share with the relatives. A certain Maplegrover has already shown interest in the inventory!
We had a little frost the other day!
