the red is bottled

I sat through the Vikings debacle before I bottled today. I should've just went right to the bottling, but it was like a car wreck where you didn't want to watch but you couldn't avert your eyes. If the Vikings turn things around right now and at least beat the Packers, I will consider it a successful season.
The bottling went smooth and I now have 47 bottles of beer conditioning in the basement.

okay, so it snowed a little

We just lost a few tree limbs and power for about 12 hours...no biggie.

red racked

The Irish Red was racked into the secondary today. Two weeks 'til bottling day.
