I'm a cellar rat!

Kegged my Belgian Saison and moved my APA to the secondary today. Took a gravity reading on the Porter as long as I was in the cellar......I'm going to let it go a bit longer to see if it drops more.

Brewing continues

I've brewed a few times since my last post. A Farmhouse Ale, an APA, and a Porter have passed through my kettles and into fermenters. The Surly Bender clone and the ESB turned out great and are on tap as we speak. We hosted tasting parties with our last few brew sessions, and they turned out to be fun. All in all it has been a great brewing summer so far.
