Amarillo in secondary

A little over a week ago I brewed up an Amarillo APA. I used 6 gallons of distilled water on this batch in an attempt to bring the ph level of my water down in the 5.2 range which is better for this style.
Tonight I racked the beer to secondary and a sample from the hydrometer tube tasted pretty good. I'll slap it into kegs pretty soon to fill up the kegerator.
