I'm in trouble

We had the family over for Christmas dinner and we enjoyed three three beers on tap. The Black Ale, Three Beavs Bourbon Barrel, and Hopstuff Red were consumed until all that is left is one half keg of Hopstuff. Long story short, I have to get brewing!

Keggles Komplete


I have completed the conversion of the 50 L. Eruo kegs to keggles. I will now be able to brew 10 gal. batches using these. One will be used to heat sparge water and the other will boil the collected wort. Thanks Mike!

Hopstuff kegged

The Hopstuff Red Ale has been moved to the keg today. A taste test revealed a red ale with a sweet malty taste and a good amount of hop flavor and aroma
