Yes!

I cracked an Alt tonight and was very pleased. It was clear, carbonated, mild, and refreshing. This was the beer that I forgot to use Irish Moss in and it came out clear anyway....I may need to investigate this Irish Moss stuff a little more. Needless to say this will one's a keeper. Bottling day for the Alt

I peeked in the closet today and the Alt looked ready to bottle, so I did it. Bottling is the most tedious part of the whole process for me but, I've got it down to where it only takes an hour and a half or so. Rinsing, sanitizing, racking, filling, and capping....hell that's quite a few steps! Trust me.... the rewards far exceed the donkeywork. Look for the 2nd of July to pop this batch. I also popped an Irish Draught and found it well carbonated and ready to drink. Yea!, I have homebrew again!

Alt racked....and that's a fact.

The German Alt is now in the secondary. I'm interested in how clear this one is going to be since I forgot the Irish moss addition in the boil.
