The brown is bottled and resting until January 8th or so. To bad I didn't get this one ready a little sooner for the holidays, but there are plenty of Irish Reds and Drafts for holiday cheer. Here are a few pictures of the bottling process.

the brown was shifted into the secondary Sunday as the Vikings handed the Detroit Lions another defeat. Even if the Vikings don't make the playoffs, I'll still have the Nukey.
