Hand me down my racking cane

I just got done racking the Irish Draught into the secondary and all things look good. The color is darker than I had imagined, and it smells really good. Once again we're down to about 12 beers in the drinking stock so we'll have to pace ourselves, or God forbid.....buy beer!

not dodging the draught

I brewed the Irish Draught today. It only used 1 ounce of hops, but had a combination of malt syrup and dry malt with a pound of honey for the fermnentables. It's supposed to be a refreshing malty, not so hoppy beer good for a summer refresher. Come by to check it out in about 5 weeks time.

Erin Go Beer

Irish draught will be the next on the suds menu. Described as a smooth, silky walk through an Irish dew filled meadow, this brew will please all of you senses. I already have to take a leak. See ya on brew day.
