Bob's Brewapalooza!

Just doughed in my third mash since Sunday. I am winding down on my vacation week with a simple Belgian Dark Ale. It's simple because the grain bill is just plain two row malt. Sugar and honey additions come during the boil to bring up gravity and add some flavor. A brown ale in the spirit of Surly's Bender and an ESB were brewed earlier in the week. The week that is known as Bob's Brewapalooza! We have also been enjoying the Surly Furious not so clone and the Citra hopped APA since popping those kegs.
