Wit and Brown Kegged

Kegged both beers today and came out short of ten gallons on each. Not sure where the volume went. Could have boiled off too much, or left too much with the trub. Whatever, I have good beer. Just not as much. The Wit is in the fridge carbing up now because the APA blew empty.

Brown racked

I racked the Brown to secondary today. I was amazed how clear this beer is considering I forgot the Irish Moss addition during the boil. I'm starting to wonder if the moss is even needed.

Racked the Wit

I racked the Wit to secondary today after checking the FG (1.012). I took a little taste and found it to be very similar to a Hoegaarden. Tomorrow I plan to rack the Brown Ale.
