From Wit to Drool

Just had a good brewing weekend. Saturday I finally got busy and brewed the Belgian Wit I've been threatening to brew for a month. I followed up with a Moose Drool type Brown Ale on Easter Sunday. Nancy was around to help me through the brew sessions and a few pints.

Porter on tap

Put the Porter on tap a few days ago and have really been enjoying it's roasty goodness. It pours out a nice dark brown with a decent light tan head. The last few brews i've brewed have been lighter bodied so this darker, full bodied ale is a welcome addition to the beer fridge.
