Sisters Mary and Barb joined Nancy and I for a brew session. A Bourbon Barrel Porter was brewed up and numerous Rastaman Smoked Porters were consumed in the process. With all that ale being consumed we came up with the name "Three Beavs and a Bob Bourbon Barrel Porter". Don't know if that name is going to stick.
I kegged the Black Ale today. I also picked up some oak chips and bourbon for my next brew. Next up ..........Bourbon Barrel Porter!
