No. 10 Brewed

The Nut Brown was brewed yesterday and everything went off with only one small hitch. The recipe call for Irish Moss added at 15 minutes remaining in the boil and aroma hops at 1 minute. For some reason I threw both in at the 15 minute mark, so we’ll see how this affects the beer. I’m sure it won’t be too bad because I haven’t had a brew that I couldn’t drink yet!
