You say you like hops?

We brewed an American Pale Ale today with 10 ounces of Cascade hops right off the vine. The hops were added to the last ten minutes of the boil so they should to the aroma and taste.

Brewing this weekend

I've decided to brew a pale ale this Saturday with a late addition of "wet hops". Wet being fresh off the vine. Anyone wanting to join me in this experiment are welcome.
