In the middle of mashing an Irish Red Ale. It's about time I brewed this style again. There is a light rain falling and in the upper 60's......perfect brew day!

Racked the Amber to secondary. I'm thinking it's been some time since I've brewed an Irish Red, so that will be next on the agenda.

Just finished cleaning up after my Amber Ale brew session. I've attempted to go after that biscuit taste one can find in a Fat Tire.............let's hope for the best.

Racked the Brown Ale. I can't believe I'm going to bottle this batch in a couple weeks. This will be the first bottling I have done in a couple years.
