Kegging day

I kegged the Put 'em up Irish Red and the Rasta Smoked Porter today. The red wasn't really all that red and the porter was a little lighter in color than I anticipated. Both smelled good though. I now have four empty fermenters now.........hmmmmmm.

Up Yer Kilt kegged

I kegged the Scottish ale today and am chilling it down for carbonation as I type. I've decided to push this one up in the rotation because I'm interested in how it turned out after the less that perfect brewing day. All the Leaves Are Brown Ale has just run out making room for the Scotty.

Rasta smoked porter racked

Rasta racked finally. I never did take F.G. reading on this one but it just seemed like it needed a longer primary. The Irish red and the Scottish were racked back on the 29th of July
By the way....the sweet stout is great!
