I decided to brew a nut brown to bolster the beer supply. I expect the wedding party weekend to include heavy homebrew usage. We had planned to have brisket and homebrew at the Holiday Inn, but have since learned that the hotel won't allow outside food and grog. The hotel party will feature store bought beer and munchies followed by homebrew and brisket at our house.
Thursday the Kölsch was kegged and The Nukey Brown was bottled on Friday. All the beer will be ready for the celebration on Sept. 1 so let the good times roll. See you at the Holiday Inn September 1 7pm!
