Irish Draught brewed

I brewed the Irish Draught on the deck on Friday and filled the neighborhood with the aroma of wonderful beer goodness. Finished brewing around 5 and got some activity before midnight.

Nukey comes through

We're just a few bottles in to the Nukey batch and early results are good. Good stuff! Irish Draught is the next on the list and I should be brewing on the deck this weekend. Look for smoke signals on north hill and come a runnin'!

Nukey Bottled

The Nukey is in bottles and waiting for the 25th of April. Goddamn I love Nukey!
Nancy and I spent a little time in Bismarck last weekend with the Steves , and shared war stories over barbeque. I left them with a few sample bottles of homebrew and they sent me home with plenty of sweet bottles to fill.
