Belgian racked

I racked the Belgian Dark to secondary. It was a quick fermentation and the s.g. went from 1.072 to 1.013 in three days. Calculations put it at 8.1 % ABV. The yeast brought that famous Belgian fruity quality to the party and I can't wait to get this baby carbed and on tap. Stay tuned for updates.
