update please ...........

Okay, so I have been a little lazy on the updates. For some reason the Ipod can't post on the blogger, and that's usually what's on my lap. Lame excuse.

The Belgian Farmhouse and the IPA on tap have gone over well with the family and friends and are keeping the spirits up around here.

I am going to revisit the Belgian recipe again real soon and go a full 10 gallons with it, as it has turned out to be a fav of mine. The IPA on the other hand will probably get a little tweaking the next time I brew it. I think I'm going to try it next time with Amarillo instead of the Nugget, Cascade, and Perle hops I used on this batch. I have just kegged the Brown Ale and it should be ready in a week.
