amber brew day

I celebrated Easter by brewing an amber ale using the remains of my Fat Snow Tire ingredients.
Amber Ale
6 lbs. Pilsen LME
•1lb. Amber DME
•.5 lb. Crystal Malt (15L)
•.5 lb. Cara Pils Malt (1.5L)
•1 oz. Chinook hops (60 min.)
•1 oz. Cascade hops (10 min.)
•Wyeast 1056 American yeast (Chico)
