I'd like to add fermentation to Otto Von Bismarck's list

If you've ever seen beer in the fermentor you might agree.

This picture is from 3-18-05, three days into fermentation. I should rack into the secondary before the weekend.
It's amazing that good beer can come from this vile concoction.
