Fat Tire revisited

You know you really like a certain style when you keep brewing it over and over. I guess Fat Tire Amber ale must be one of those styles I enjoy because once again I have brewed it. It only took about 5 hours before it started to show activity, and the color and smell seem to be right on. The kit is from Austin Homebrew, and so far their kits have been great. Their turn around on orders are a little slower than Northern Brewer's and I worry about the liquid yeast surviving the longer trip, but so far, no problems.
