Dipped into the Toro, brewed an Amber

Friday the 13th and The Black ale have run dry and we are enjoying the Hey! Porter and Toro Cream Ale. We also brewed an amber ale to clone Smithwick's on May 31st.
Amber Clone
9.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row)
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
0.13 lb Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM)
1.00 oz Williamette Hops (60 min)
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent Hops (10 min)
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min)
1 Pkgs Windsor Yeast
