don't fear the dark
I brewed the stout today and it is tucked away in the primary. This smells like a very flavorful brew!

I do love me some Kolsch though! YOU MUST MAKE MORE! I guess I would visit the dark side for a rich lager (or rich logger)! buwahahahahhaha
Babs.....The latest English Pale Ale is lighter and doesn't require you to be a thick necked German named Gunther to enjoy.
